The heart of a champion

I really have a love for those who truly have the heart of a champion.  Champions come in all shapes and sizes. Champions are found in every walk in life. They never give up even when all of the odds are against them. Whether it is in the heat of battle in a sporting event or the corporate board room. Champions are made from experience. I know some people believe in an X factor that makes them great.

The only X factor’s in live is hard work, preparation, a great team, and a great system. Of those the system is the easiest to make or break the team or individual is the system. Without the right system all of the hard work, preparation, and even the right teamates. Will not a champion make.  Systems bring out the tallent and can elevate the abilities of a good team to that of a championship team.
