Teamwork is all that matters.
The longer I watch sports and build businesses. I have learned teamwork is all that matters.
Today as we move into our second day of the Utah Summer Games Water Polo Tournament. We watched some great teamwork and some not so great groups of individuals trying to work as a team. As I watched teams from all over the state. I found it interesting how the teams that were not as talented but worked as a unit could beat teams with a couple great very talented players that tried to do it all themselves and manage a win. 
I know that some players have the ability to take over a game. But a great player must be surronded by a team of players that can step up or help him/her step up.
Overall however talented individuals need to have the right people on the bus as teamates. These people can work off of each others strengths and weeknesses.
After all of the chlorine I have inhaled this weekend so far. I cannot wait to watch some great match ups tomorrow.
