A small lesson on organization
I came down to Cedar City, Utah today to watch my Daughter play Water Polo. I learned a small lesson on Organization from this trip. Having been a player, coach and referee. I have some incite
on the game and how things should be organized. I find it amazing that sometimes what seems so unorganized can turn out better than if the rules are followed. I was watching some of the early match ups and two teams which I am very familiar with squared off. One played a textbook style of play the other much more disorganized. It was interesting to me that due to the trust level between the coach and the less organized team . They Played a far better game than the more technically savvy team that had obviously little trust in one another. My lesson better to have a team on the same page that trusts each other. Than an organized team that has great skills but no trust and little direction
